- What time is check in and check out ?
- Check-in: We are going to wait for you from 01:00 pm to 08:00 pm.
Check-out: The room is yours until 11:00 am. We can store your luggage all the time you need. - Do you offer WI-FI connection?
- The Wi-Fi connection is fast, reliable and free in your room or in the common areas.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
- We accept every kind of cards, except the American Express one.
- Do you have a car park?
- We do have an agreement with a private parking, Euro 25,00 per day. We do not suggest to come by car as we are in the middle of the city center.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Standard rate: cancellations and changes may be made up to 5 days prior to the arrival date without a penalty. For a cancellation beyond the above limit or in case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged.
Non refundable rate: this rate is prepaid and non refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled. - Do you have a special breakfast menu for coeliac and vegans?
- Yes, in our home you will be able to find gluten-free, vegans and lactose free products. Please, inform us about your needs before your arrival.
- Do you organize tours and excursions on request?
- Of course, we can give you the best advice for visiting Sorrento by yourselves or with a tour guide.
- Are your rooms non-smoking room?
- Yes, our rooms are all non-smoking. For those who like to smoke, rooms with balconies are available.
- Do you have baby’ cots?
- Baby cots are available upon request and are free for children under 3 years. If you are traveling with children from 3 years of age, we suggest you to book a Triple or Quadruple Room.
- Do you accept animals?
- We love animals but we do not accept them.
- Do you have a lift?
- No but we have a dumbwaiter for your luggage.
